InfoSourcing is a member of PromoStandards and has integrated the PromoStandards API to exchange data between the vendors’ site and Acumatica ERP through the Printshop plugin.

How Does PromoSync Work?

PromoSync allows the user to connect to the suppliers system via the PromoStandards API, and pull their inventory catalog from the vendor’s website. All of the product details including the price, color, size and image are downloaded to the Acumatica ERP, and SKUs are automatically created/updated as well.
Automating the process of inventory upkeep involves leveraging the PromoStandards API, thus allowing distributors to streamline the entire inventory management process, from product procurement to order fulfillment. With PromoSync you can quickly check the stock status of a product and will be able to submit a purchase order electronically*.
