Tech Summit, Tampa
The first Annual PromoStandards Technology Summit was held at Tampa, FL between February 19 to 21st, 2023. The event was organized by the team, with a Hackathon event on Sunday and various sessions from industry leaders SanMar, HIT, and Starline. The attendees included various suppliers, distributors and tech integrators, including InfoSourcing Inc.’s founder Harsha Sarjapur attending the first event over the weekend.
The 2023 PromoStandards Technology Summit is the premier Promotional Products Technology Event. The Technology Summit features two days of education tracks focusing on industry relevant technology, PromoStandards integrates and provides ample opportunity to network with industry peers. This event anticipates 150 attendees from over 60 companies.
Printshop – PromoStandards Integration
InfoSourcing is investing time and resources in integrating PromoStandards API with the Acumatica workflow, automating the purchasing of goods, inventory stock status and order statuses. As PromoStandards opens up their API, we can leverage those end points and consume within our ERP workflow, saving time and resource, allowing our customers to scale their print business.
Purchase Order Automation
- Ability to indicate which supplier participates in PromoStandards purchasing automation
- Ability to submit Acumatica purchase order to the supplier (with or without specs)
- Ability to update order status as per the supplier workflow
These features will be addressed in our new plugin add-on for Printshop and are slated for beta release at the beginning of Q2/Q3 -2023.

Inventory Automation
- Ability to find stock updates per inventory SKU (vendor Inventory ID should be updated in ACU)
- Ability to create new items in ACU from a specific vendor catalogue
- Item Matrix creation is a possibility to be explored
The inventory feature updates will be part of the PromoStandards add-on module and are slated for beta release in late Q3/Q4 2023.
