ERP solutions power your entire business. Acumatica Cloud ERP solution is fully hosted with no hardware or software to install and fully backed up. Pricing is based on your usage and its' not cheap but can be affordable, especially when you have a cloud-based with unlimited user model.

InfoSourcing, an Acumatica Cloud ERP Gold Certified Partner offers packages starting at $2,500/month. The prices below are estimates and can vary, but reflect what most of our clients pay for the services they need to run their businesses. 

1. Identify yourself - size, modules, product edition?

Acumatica Cloud ERP is fully integrated ERP solution for all type of business, whether you're a Small, Medium or Large business with annual revenue of $1 million to $100+ Million, the solution fits your business model.

Acumatica has several different flavors and editions to match your appetite, we have General edition which includes the core financial accounting functionality with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General ledger, Chart Of Accounts, Tax, Reporting, Multi-Currency, Multi-Company and Multi-lingual, access it anywhere from any device and anytime.

2. What's your business commercial transactions?

Our Modern ERP works on modern way of thinking, we don't box in on "number of users" we involve everyone in the Company, we look at how much transactions your Company does in business which determines the size of resource we should allocate small, medium, large or extra large resource. Acumatica is a pure cloud ERP application, it can scale as your business scales, here is a rough idea of what those sizes mean.

* Small - Up to 2,000 monthly commercial transactions ( Approximately 25 concurrent users)
* Medium - Up to 5,000 monthly commercial transactions (Approximately 50 concurrent users)
* Large - Up to 20,000 monthly commercial transactions (Approximately 100 concurrent users)
* Extra Large - Beyond 100,000 monthly commercial transactions and even large Enterprise is available.

3. Choice of Deployment/Support?

Acumatica Cloud ERP is the only ERP Company with multiple deployment options to choose from, unlike other ERP companies like NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics or others. Acumatica believes the "data" is yours to keep so deploy where you want it, host it the Cloud as Software As A Service (SaaS) or Private Cloud (PCS) or Perpetual licensing (PCP) and host it on your own server at AWS, Azure, GoDaddy or in your own office servers, flexibility to you.
